Brief Description: Right Elevator: riveted elevator horn and skin to

We finished this phase of construction by mating the elevator horn to the skeleton and riveting the skin to the skeleton. That does it for now...we'll finish the right elevator later. Still to do: fiberglass end cap, and roll/overlap/rivet the two leading edge skins.
