Brief Description: rivet elevator bearing mounts to the rear spar
Chase turned the squeezer over to Houston, who riveted the elevator mounts to the aft spar. I bolted on the center bearing assembly using a new torque wrench from Avery Tools, but the torque setting wouldn't "break", so I backed off the nuts and just left them on snug until I find out what the heck's wrong with the wrench (possible operator error?).
