Brief Description: HS Front Spar Flange Prep

Trimmed HS-702 (L&R) back per plans. Drilled and enlarged relief notches and marked bend lines. Need to call Vans Support tomorrow because I'm unsure and the plans are vague on the angle dimensions on the flange.

Use Sheers and Grinder to cut flange

Drilled as per plans #30 and enlarged to 1/4.

Still need to round it off and get it bent.
