Remove P13-10 x2 Cowl Center Bottom Seam Bottom Hinge & P13-09 x2 Cowl Center Bottom Seam Top Hinge. Cut cowl bottom seam with dremel tool cut off wheel, sand both edges. Removed P13-08 x2 Cowl Bottom Rear Hinge, P13-07 L&R Cowl Side Rear Hinge, countersink P13-05 Cowl-AeroVee for same. Finish sand cowl around hinges & tab, reassembly hinges & tab, cleco same to cowl. Assemble cowl to firewall & fuselage, check fit. OK !
