Drill out rivet holes in cowl center seam, cleco P13-10 x2 Cowl Center Bottom Seam Bottom Hinge & P13-09 x2 Cowl Center Bottom Seam Top Hinge. Fabricate plate per DWG SNX-P13 detail E-E Lower Forward Cowl Attachment. Use 4 rivets to secure it to cowl instead of fiberglass of left side, install 2 SkyBolt fasteners on the right side. Cut holes in cowl for oil cooler air inlet and exhaust outlet.
