Remove D02-02 Canopy, D02-01 Windshield. Drill 11/64" and screw F07-06 x 2 Cross Tie Attach Plate to F13-02 L&R Upper Longeron. Used screws vs. rivets so that the instrument panel can be removed withouth drilling out rivets.
