Brief Description: Left Flap Fabrication & Installation
Left Flap partially fabricated earlier in the build process. The following flap work done on 3/1/2014: Cut Z02-02L Left Flap Skin to length & cut angle on root end. Drill #30 W06-06L Flap Hinge Half (Flap side) & W06-02L Flap Skin. Drill #30 W05--02L Flap Hinge Half (Wing side) & cleco to W12-01L Rear Spar Assembly. Drill #40 W06-02L Left Hand Flap Skin & W06-03 x 3 Flap Rib & W06-05L Left Hand Drive Rib Assembly & W06-04L Flap Drive Plate.
3/8/2014 Drill all #30. Dissassemble, deburr, reassemble, cleco & rivet all.
Rivet W19-02L Lower Wing Skin under aileron. Rivet W19-01L Upper Wing Skin above flap. Rivet hinge for W04-06L Left Aileron to wing.
