Disassemble Spar Tunnel Web Assembly.
Dimple F16-05 Aft Tunnel Angle for attaching to F16-04 Support Angle & F14-09 L&R Aft Wing Attach Angle.
Dimple F16-02 Forward Tunnel Zee for attaching to F14-08 L&R Forward Wing Attach Angle, secure all temporarily with 6-32 hardware.
Drill #30 & dimple F16-02 Forward Tunnel Zee & F16-08 Side Clip.
Debur top & bottom flanges on F16-02.
Drill 1/8" dimple & cleco F17-12 Aft Clip & F16-02.
Debur top side only of F16-01 Lower Forward Skin for F16-02 & F16-05.
Debur F16-04 Support Angle top flange.
Reassemble F16-02 Forward Tunnel Zee & F16-03 Aft Tunnel Web Assembly to fuselage.
