Bend 60 degree angle on F17-01 Firewall 1" from the bottom. Fabricate F17-08 Firewall Stiffener. F14-04L & R Firewall Attach Angle front holes for attaching F17-01 Firewall are drilled too far to outside and don't line up with F14-05L & R, F14-06L & R Lower Firewall Attach Angle. Using the holes as is means F17-01 does not clear motor mount angles. F14-04L & R are kit parts and look to be manufactered incorrectly by Sonex. Fabricate new F14-04L & R Firewall Attach Angle from Z02-03 Angle stock. Drill #30 & cleco same to F12-01L & R Forward Fuselage Side Panel Assembly. Clamp F17-01 Firewall to F16-09 Upper Forward Cross Tie, top of Firewall 1/8" below Cross Tie. Cross Tie is 3/4" high, Firewall bend tab is 5/8". This is correct per Kerry @ Sonex tech support.
