Cleco F23-01 Aft Push Rod Support Assembly to F24-04 Upper Cross Tie and F24-08 Lower Cross Tie. DWG SNX-F21 shows 40" width measured on outside of skins at break line for width at front of F21-01 Tail Cone Box Assembly. DWG appears to show this width is @ top of F21-01. Should this be the same measurement at the bottom of F21-01? I have 40" at bottom, and 40 1/4" at the top. Since F27-01 L&R Left and Right Hand Vertical Zee have the first hole at 13/32" from outside edge, it would appear that F24-10 Forward Channel and F24-05 Lower Cross Tie #1 would have the outside 2 rows of holes the same distance apart, but they are not. F24-10 Forward Channel is 38 15/16" F24-05 Lower Cross Tie #1 is 38 11/16", 1/4" difference, same as F21-01 Tail Cone Box Assembly width difference at top and bottom. Kerry at Sonex tech support has confirmed the measurement should be 40" at top and bottom, he suggests fabricating a new F24-10 Forward Channel. Fabricate new F24-10 Forward Channel, drill #40 and cleco same to F24-01 Cross Tie Box. Drill #40 and cleco F24-01 Cross Tie Box to F27-01 L&R Left and Right Hand Vertical Zee. Reinstall and cleco F24-02 thru -03 Upper Cross Tie. F24-02 Upper Cross Tie #2 has the holes for F23-09 Forward Push Rod Support Assembly on the wrong side. Kerry also checking on this. Cleco F20-10 x 6 Former Clip to F20-07 Skin Splice Channel to make F19-03 Splice Channel assembly. Deburr F20-09 x 2 Attach Plate, F20-08 Splice Plate.
