Wing is flipped over, work on level and squaring to install W19-02 Lower Aft Wing Skin. Wing not perfectly level from leading edge to trailing edge, but is perfectly straight from root to tip at 2 degrees, so it is not twisted. Drill #40 and cleco W21-10 Bell Crank Assembly to W19-01 Upper Aft Wing Skin, updrill to #30 and cleco same. Drill #40 and cleco W19-02 Lower Aft Wing Skin trailing edge to W12-01R Rear Spar Assembly.
