Remove T02-03 Elevator Assembly by removing the clecoes on T06-04L & R Elevator Hinge Half, Horizontal Stabilizer. Disassembly T14-02 x 2 Horizontal Tail Surface Tip, T14-04 x 2 Horizontal Tail Surface Tip Rib, T04-05L & R Horizontal Stabilizer Tip Rib. Debur all, including T05-01L & R Horizontal Tail Surface Skins where above parts are mounted. The rest of the holes on the skins have already been deburred.
Reassemble and cleco T14-04 x 2 Tail Tip to T14-04 x 2 Tib Rib. Reassemble and cleco T04-05L & R Tib Rib to T02-03 Elevator Assembly.
