Assemble T4-01 x 2 Rib, T4-02 x 2 Rib, T4-03 x 2 Rib, T4-04 x 2 Rib, to T2-02 Horizontal Stabilizer Assembly. Clamped square to T3-05 Forward Spar Assembly and T3-01 Main Spar Assembly, to keep proper alignment and distance, and clamped T3-01 to workbench. T2-02 Horizontal Stabilizer assembly is drilled #40 and clecoed except for T4-06 x 2 Leading Edge Rib (wait until skins are fitted to make sure Tip Ribs are positioned properly) and T4-05 x 2 Tib Rib. (Wait and install Tib Ribs when fiberglass tips are installed).
