Drill skin and tail tip to #30. Dis-assemble skin and tail tip. Drill #30 and cleco T9-01 vertical stabilizer and all components, then dis-assemble and de-burr all holes. Reassemble and cleco T9-01 Vertical Stabilizer and all components, then rivet. Cleco rudder hinge to vertical stabilizer, then rivet.
