Primed elevator skin, stiffeners and all skeleton components. Back riveted stiffeners to the skin. Riveted E609 and E604 to the spar. Positioned elevator horn and drilled/clecoed it in place. Located 3/8" hinge bearings per instructions. Drilled doubler plates and plate-nuts for the hinge bearings.
