April was slowed by trips to Portland, OR and Tucson, AZ. Carole had other activities closing the Parowan Hangar LLC and the Fly Sting LLC and also preparing taxes for all these entities.

During this period the right wing was taken apart, treated for corrosion and the inside got ready for completion. The R wing light was attached and wired with the 4 conductors carried to the inboard edge through a channel right behind the main spar. A 4 conductor shielded cable was used.

The fuel tank was padded into place using the supplied cork strips. It became a snug fit. The fuel sender was bent as instructed and installed.

The flaps were attached and mated with the inner flap 15 degrees lowered in relation to the outer flap section. This all worked fine.

Finally, on 4/30 the R wing was riveted complete with the exception of attaching the slats on the leading edge.
