Brief Description: Deburred, treated and re-assembled firewall
The gap between the last entry and this one is due to extensive travel we have been doing in our CTLS N86LS. We visited the Zenith factory and talked with Caleb, Roger and Sebastian Heinz. All reassured us that the photo guides were being finished as quickly as possible. We were also assured that there would be plans/drawings on how to assemble the plane. Sebastian reassured us that they are working on an avionics package also.
3.1 of these hours were on 6/10/06.
In these hours the firewall was disassembled and all the parts treated with the Zenith recommended (and sold) Cortex primer. The parts were re-assembled as this time ended.
Figure 1 shows the front of the firewall now ready for riveting. Figure 2 shows this in a different view. Figure 3 is the rear side.
