These hours include for Russ on 9/7, 3.5, on 9/10, 1.7, on 9/11, 2.6, on 9/12, 1.2, on 9/14, 1.7 and on 9/15, 3.4.

Not much has been accomplished during all these hours. The left hand feedthroughs for the rudder cables were completed, including that one where the cable exits the fuselage for the turnbuckle and rudder horn. Before starting on the right hand opening I noticed that the rear of the fuselage appeared twisted. The top was not horizontal and the opening was a parallelogram instead of a trapezoid. (The bottom is wider than the top.) The top was offset to the left so the rudder hinges would align the rudder at 86 degrees instead of vertical. I had the local EAA advisor come out and we decided to remove the rivets for about six feet toward the front. When this was done is was possible to align the top and bottom horizontal but the top was still offset to the left of the bottom. Today I called Zenith and talked to Roger who asked for pictures and those below have been sent.
