Brief Description: Worked on bottom inspection plate. Rudder pedals
The last few days we flew down to California for Ashley's baby shower.
In drilling the holes for the catches in the bottom inspection plate, we inadvertently drilled holes in the "Z" strip stiffners for the opening. Today I patched each of these places which are now as stiff or more so than they were originally.
Then I re-assembled the rudder pedals and positioned them temporarily. I riveted the brake pedals to the rudder pedals. All temporarily mounted to collect bolts nuts, etc. One proper length bolt is missing and will have to be ordered.
