Brief Description: Lot of time getting rear bulkhead to fit
Of these hours, 5.5 were Carole's.
Spent most of the time fitting the rear bulkhead in. If the holes on the sides were matched then the holes on the bottom were off and vice versa. The distance off was about 10 mm and the bulkhead could not be bent enough to match both set of holes (which were already drilled out on the individual skins.) Finally had to cut the bulkhead and bend the bottom so that the holes would match when the side holes were aligned. Then used "L" s to reinforce the cut. This was all at close quarters in the rear fuselage and took a lot of time.
Also fitted the flaperon cross bar between the right and left sides and added one part to the LHS skin.
