Brief Description: Disassembled one slat for ZnO. Started on another

Started the day with one set of slats just about clico'd up and finished that. It was tricky to get the convex bend in the skin while following the contour of the rib and also making the bent "L", which reinforces the slat support, to follow the contour. After doing it once it got to be straightforward to do. Then took the two slats sections (inboard and outboard) all apart again, deburred all the pieces, and applied zinc oxide to all the mating surfaces. With that done, started on the other set of slats. I got word today that the rest of the 705 kit was shipped today. Figure 1 shows what is done first...applying the doubler. Figure 2 shows the rib, the slat support which is attached to it and the bent "L" which is then attached to that. Figure 3 shows this all disassembled and zinc oxide applied to where metal meets metal.
