Brief Description: Deburred, zinc'd, and reassembled stabilizer

Took the stabilizer apart and applied zinc oxide spray to all joints. Reassembled skeleton and then riveted it and the brackets. The rear bracket has nuts and bolts and they were installed. With help from Carole, applied the skin on the top, clico'd it and then riveted it up. Turned over and am about half through with riveting the bottom. This will finish the stabilizer, except for the end plates which are only installed when attaching the elevator to the stabilizer.
