Brief Description: Deburred, treated with Zinc-Oxide, started reassem
This report includes 2.7 hours by Carole Roberts. Finished the deburring of all parts of the elevator in the morning. Fitted the servo into the elevator with clincos. Then applied zinc oxide to all the parts which mate with other parts so all the seams are treated. Let dry, checked and made sure they were all ok. Started final assembly of the parts. Attached the servo in the wing with #6 bolts, flat washers and nylon locknuts. Trimmed the actuator rod to the specified 122 mm and installed on the servo. Continued assembly with some riveting of the brackets which need access inside.
