Brief Description:  Finished clecoing stabilizer skin

This includes one hour on 1/29/09 and 2 hours by Carole
The job was to turn the stablizer over after celcoing the skin to the upper surface. With 2 people that was easy. The hard part was to fold the sheet over to meet the rear spar without denting it on putting a crease in it. We used a technique shown in the photo guide. But to start we carefully bent it back about half way using duct tape along its length. From there we put six strips along the stabilizer, especially at the spars. These had to be carefully tightened quite tite with a lot of force to draw the leading edge into the spars. After a while we got it right with the overhang at the spar within a millimeter from end to end and the holes along the spars and ribs. From there is was drill and cleco untill all the holes were at A4 size.
