Brief Description: Continued work on elevator and trim tab
This entry includes 2 hours on 1/21, 6 hours on 1/22 and 2 hours on 1/23. Slow but sure progress has been made in completing the beefed up section which has the elevator control horns which is now complete and cleco'd up. The trim tab is fabricated and the hinge drilled, deburred, treated for corrosion and riveted. The holes for the trim tab servo actuator rod were cut using snips, a coping saw and a process of drilling holes near the curved edge and smoothing out with a Dremel tool. The servo circuit was studied in detail in preparation for the next session.
