...Greased nose gear bearings with Aeroshell #5 grease using the grease in palm and pressing bottom race of bearing into grease which forces grease out other side method. Talced tube and tire for ease of insertation. Installed tube with curve of valve in slot cutout in wheel. Bolted wheel halves together and torqued to 45 inch pounds. Inflated and deflated nose gear tire several times to seat. Pressed holder bearings inside fork and finger tightened installed bolt.
