Brief Description:  Rerouting wires & organizing behind panel...

...Tach wire shortened & spliced. Solenoid #1/2 reattached. AOA power wire run but not hooked up yet. ECU Grd wire shortened and reattached to 1/4" bolt on firewall Grd. Again reinstalled flap switch in panel.
