...It is easy to see why trying to accomodate the instrument switch anti rotation tab without a template is a disaster. I made one out of 1/8" alum and .040 drilled holes. The anti rotation tab needs to be drilled with a .035 bit for fit. I added the flap switch to the panel. Used template to salvage first two switches that I had tried to file a slot for the tab.
