Brief Description:  Wired fuel relay, added GRD BUS, ESS BUS work.

...DD wired the Fuel Relay special connectors and the fuel pump wires to the CB, We decided to I fabricated a GRD BUS which I attached to the back of the panel and crimped the fuel gage lights grounds together and attached. Grounded electric clock to GRD BUS. Added electric insulation goo to back of key switch and IGN button connectors to strengthen the #22 wires soldered to the terminals.
