...Drilled R F696 to fuselage...Made angle 3/4 by 3/4 inside the cabin stiffener and drilled thru fuselage with 30, expanded to 3/16 for lower bolt . Inside the cabin I used measurement from rivet foward of F696 for distance for hole and then peeking thru fuselage at blue line, backdrilled with angle drill
