...Used 1.5 inch hole cutter to make four corners of opening and scribed lines to connect them and dremmeled the line with a diamond abrasive cutoff disk to make opening. Sanded edges and mixed a batch of microbaloons to fill exposed honeycomb area. Am gluing some of the pieces cut from the inlet opening to direct air into oil cooler. Used excess microbaloon mixture on wing tips. Also used a mixture of glass and acetone to paint inside of upper cowl to seal it.
