...The alternator is held to the engind on an 8mm stud threaded into the block. The alt mount is made for a 10mm bolt. David fabricated a spacer and insert on his lathe to solve the problem which in some plqanes caused the stud to break off. He also fabricated a nylon bushing for the firewall entry so that the #8 wire for the alt. power will not chafe thru and light my fire.
