Set height of VS to 90 degrees to aft F612 panel, installed 1 .40 clecoe in bottom of VS rear spar, measured equal distance from top of VS to break in each HS outer skin, drilled F681 with 4 clecoes and F612 elevator stop to rear spar of VS and 2 clecoes to bottom of rudder hinge bracket.
