...Final fit for NG wheelpant...Sanded and filed more wheel opening area. Braced wheelpant in place using Van's measurements but took 1/4" off for lower nosegear height. Drilled holes thru wheelpants to upper brackets screw holes. Learned the hard way it is better to remove the brackets and wheelpant from the wheel to drill the lower attaching bracket screw holes. Used a 6" drill bit and alignment bushings to scribe hole in side pant for fwd.mount attachment. Made it large enoug to install towbar with unibit. Placed 6 nutplates around front piece of wheelpant and added epoxy/microbaloon mixture between bracket and wheelpant to make sure mounting screws do not place undue opressure on area.
