...Interior/engine preparation for flight...Paul and Bob continued to prepare interior by inserting the remaining screws in cargo floors, installing center panels between pilot seats. Drilled a 3/8" hole in center cover that lies beneath the flap motor housing, and cut a 1/8" slot to the L edge to slide the flap motor wires thru and installed a split rubber grommet to protect the wires from chafing. Drilled a #29 hole and tapped for #8 screw to attach adel clamp to secure heater hose against battery box on firewall. Reinstalled bellcrank control access panels under each wing.
