Install safety wire on the forward rod end bearing, part F-1089.
Insert F-1089 in tunnel and into position.
Insert F-1090 in tunnel and into position.
Position elevator pushrod idler arm in tunnel.
Install hardware to fasten the F-1089 and F-1090 pushrods to the idler arm. I decided to replace the specified hardware with drilled bolts, castellated nuts and cotter pins for additional security on the control system.
Torque bolts and install cotter pins.
Install hardware to fasten the idler arm to the fuselage mounts. Again, replaced specified hardware with drilled and pinned bolts.
