Control System
1230 - 1430
Insert new control stick into base, verify coplanar with drill press table.
Final drill through base and stick using #12 drill.
Final drill control column using 1/4" drill.
Final drill stick base using #12 drill.
Debur all holes.
Face both ends of stick base brass bushings using Smithy lathe, verify length between 2 1/4" and 2 5/16".
Debrur ends of bushings.
Verify fit of stick base and bushing in control column.
Lightly coat bushing with super lube, insert busing in base, verify smooth rotaion.
