Brief Description:
Fabricate Forward Elevator Pushrod
1236 - 1330
Verify all primer is fully dry.
Layout evenly spaced holes on pushrod ends per plans.
Drill evenly spaced holes using #40 drill, both ends.
Debur all holes.
Insert threaded insert in pushrod, align with vertex of insert angle.
Final drill insert/pushrod using #30 drill, cleco as drilled.
Debur holes.
Repeat for other end.
Install rod end bearings and check for nominal length of 37 13/32".
Cleco inserts in pushrod.
Rivet inserts using specified rivets and p-rivet puller.
