Brief Description:
Install Rudder Cable Guides and Links
1330 - 1548
Locate and drill #27 hole in two cable guides.
Locate and mark center line on backside of undrilled guides.
Match drill remaining cable guides using #27 drill.
Final drill guide mounting holes in tunnel walls using #27 drill.
Debur holes.
Install cable guide using pre drilled hole in guides.
Align centerline with remaining mount hole.
Match drill cable guide using #27 drill.
Debur all holes.
Install cable guides usinf recommended hardware.
Final drill tunnel wall for cable guide clamps.
Install cable guide clamps.
Install rudder cable links.
