Brief Description:  Install Wing Tip Rib

Install wing tip.

Install cleco in tooling hole in wing tip rib.

Position rib in wing tip using cleco in tooling hole for control.

Used a nominal 2 3/8" from TE per plans. About 2 7/16" - 2 1/2" would be a little better.

Layout rivet line using approximately 1 1/4" spacing.

Drill aft most hole using #40 drill, cleco.

Flush edge of rib to wing tip edge.

Drill forward hole, cleco, repeat for top skin.

Drill all holes using #40 drill, cleco as drilled.
