Match drill all common holes using #40 drill, cleco as drilled.
Locate holes for door camloc receptacles.
Drill mounting holes for camlocs. Note: The location of the camlocs is CRITICAL. Using the measurements provided with the Tank kit, there was insufficient clearance between the receptacle and the tank, due to the angle of the doubler plate. This was unsatisfactory and several modifications were considered. The final decision was to rotate the camlocs about 90 degrees, and redrill the mounting holes. This provided adequate clearance on the aft camloc. The forward camloc receptacle was ground on one side to provide adequate clearance.
