Brief Description: Install ER Tank Fuel Pump, Vent

Cleco pump doubler to rib.
Cleco nut plates to doubler and rib.
Rivet nut plates to rib assembly.
Rivet doubler to rib using p-squeezer.
Install electric fuel pump, torque bolts to 60 in/lb. Attached fuel pump common wire to one bolt.'
Locate a hole on bottom skin 1 1/2" back from skin joint, 1 3/4" from outside edge of skin. This hole will be for the ER tank vent. Machined vents were purchased from JDAir.com, as I did not like Van's solution.
Drill hole using unibit.
Fabricate vent line from skin fitting to ER tank, per plans.
Both ends of vent line were double flared for AN fittings.
Install tank and verify fit. Vent line verified to go above tank when installed, per plans.
