Connect ER tank transfer line to right wing main tank.
Position right tank in wing.
Install all AN3 bolts in Zee brackets. Torque bolts to 23 in/lbs, 21x.
Install AN509-8R8 screws in tank flange, 83x. Screws were installed from center out, alternating, 1/2 on top then half on bottom. Remaing screws were then installed. New hardware was used.
