Install 14AWG wire for fuel pump power and ground, 2x (4 wires).
Shield secondary pump wires with nylon expandable braid loom, fasten at both ends with heat shrink tubing.
Using heat shrink tubing 3/4" long, bundle wires in two places.
Install dual pump assembly in tunnel using AN509-8R8 screws, 6x.
Replace firewall fuel return AN fitting, which was originally a 45 degree fitting, with a 90 degree bulkhead fitting. Searching the Flyefii.com website to view a fuel pressure regulator install, it appears that the 90 degree fitting will work better than the 45.
Install fuel supply line from pump/filter to firewall bulkhead fitting. Torque fittings, 2x.
Install fuel return line from selector valve to firewall bulkhead fitting. Torque fittings, 2x.
Install cabin heat firewall valves per section 27-6.5.6. Aftermarket stainless steel valves were used instead of the Van's supplied aluminum units. Firewall to valve flange was sealed with Biotherm 100 Fireproof sealer.
