Brief Description: Fabricate Firewall to Fuel Valve Return Line

Install AN837 bulkhead fittings in firewall with SS washer and Al spacer, tighten, 2x.
Fabricate fuel return line from firewall to fuel selector valve, double flare ends.
Install line and verify fit.
Install Adel support clamps on supply and return lines.
Locate and drill Adel clamp mounting holes in tunnel side walls using 90 degree drill and #12 bit.
Install SS Truss head 10-32 screws through tunnel wall, aluminum spacer, and Adel clamp.
Secure temporarily using 10-32 nut.
Verify fit ofall fuel lines, check for interference.
I have decided to replace the fuel selector to fuel pump line with a flexible teflon line with SS braid. This will facilitate easier removal of the pump, if required, and also help to isolate the vibration from the pump from the remaing hard lines and selector valve.
