Brief Description:  Fabricate Fuel Valve Lines

1306 - 1548

Reinstall fuel valve to mounting plate using AN3 bolts, torque to 26 in/lb.

Install valve in tunnel.

Locate and mark correct length on outer line for stock bulkhead fitting.

Cut, debur, and smooth end of line.

Install flare nut and sleeve.

Double flare end of tube. Verify fit from valve to bulkhead fitting.

Repeat for other side.

Bent template for inner line. Will need to modify line slightly for clearance.
