Install aileron bellcrank in wing correctly. Torque pivot bolt to 60 in/lb. Install castle nut and cotter pin as descibed previously.
Insert pushrod into wing lightening holes.
Attach pushrod to bellcrank per plans except I am using drilled bolts with castle nuts and cotter pins on all control linkages.
Attach other end of pushrod to torque tube, temporarily.
Install W730 bellcrank zero guide with bolt.
Install previously made torque tube zero guide with bolt.
Verify both zero guides are in correct position.
Adjust pushrod ends to achieve proper zero location. Pushrod end bearing on torque tube side was adjusted out 1/2 of a turn out from the plans nominal length to zero assembly.
Apply blue loctite to pusrod jam nuts. Tighten jam nuts.
Verify minimum of 1/2 total rod bearing threads are inside pushrod inserts.
Verify zero position.
Install washers and nuts per plans.
Torque AN3 hardware to 23 in/lb.
Insert cotter pin to lock castle nut.
Remove zero guides.
Verify free movement of aileron actuation assembly.
