Brief Description:
Install Aileron Torque Collar and Bellcrank
1300 - 1424
Locate aileron bellcrank and bushing.
Trim bushing to provide approximately 1/32" end play on bellcrank.
Debur and smooth ends of bushing.
Ream bushing with 1/4" ream for AN4 bolt.
Install bushing in bellcrank using synthetic super lube grease.
Install bellcrank and bushing assembly in wing using AN4-32 bolts and castellated nut with cotter pin. Torque to 60 in/ln.
Install torque collar per plans. To eliminate end play on the collar, a light washer was used on each end.
Torque threaded ends to 60 in/lb. Torques AN3 bolts to 23 in/lb.
