Brief Description:
Aileron Torque Tube
1530 - 1700
Lubricate aileron bellcrank bushing using SuperLube.
Install right bellcrank in wing, torque pivot bolt to 60 in/lb.
Verify free movement of bellcrank.
Smooth edges of WD-1014 using bench sander.
Install threaded pushrod end into LONG leg of two torque tubes.
Match drill holes in pushrod ends using #30 drill, cleco each hole.
Remove clecos.
Debur and smooth holes.
Repaint areas of bare steel.
Install pushrod ends, cleco in place.
Rivet pushrod ends using MSP-42 rivets and p-rivet puller.
Label assembly as WD-1014 FWD.
Repeat for AFT torque tubes except use SHORT leg of torque tube.
