Brief Description: Install Airward.com Tunnel Access Panel

1424 - 1724 Remove 11 LP4-3 rivets along bottom flange of right floor pan. Cleco pre made double to these holes. As stated in the airward instructions, holes did not line up. Moved doubler 3/8" forward and match drilled tunnel flange holes to doubler, cleco as drilled. Match drill all perimeter holes using 340 drill, cleco as drilled. Match drill 4 corner holes with #12 drill. Remove doubler. Debur holes. Cleco access panel to corner holes. Mark edge of panel. Remove panel. Enlarge corner holes using unibit. Cut side of tunnel using metal body saw. Debur and smooth edges of tunnel hole using vixen files and s/b wheels. Removed enough material to fit access panel. M-Countersink all #40 holes in doubler for plate nuts. M-Countersink panel holes for #8 screw. M-Countersink #40 holes in tunnel. Debur and smooth all edges and holes. Prime doubler and panel.
